1. HOW TO PURCHASE

Purchase in our shop is ver easy: you have to choose the article, and then you must click the button "Add to basket" (trolley icon) and then process your order.

In this process, the system will ask you to register in our web. Do it if you want to process your order.

After creating the USERNAME and the rest of your account details, you will have to enter your billing address and the delivery address, in the event that they are not the same.

Once you have filled in all the information needed and after adding a valid address, you will have to select a means of transport.

ASM and its subordinate, are the courier agencies we always work with, EXCEPT if the shipping dimensions (weight and/or cubic capcity) of an order are elevated, since the only courier will be TXT, due to it is the agency we have designateed for this kind of shipments. 

NOTE: if you have chosen the option, STORE PICK UP, the handling and  freight charges will not be charge. The only tax you will have to pay is the VAT or the predifined tax each country / region/state has.

To complete the process, you will have to choose a payment method. Select the best option for you to validate the order.

If you have not chosen the previous method of

payment, you can also do the payment by means of TPV, with your credit card, needing the number and data from it. 

As a last method, You can place an order on the website and pick up at the store immediately. It will be avoided the commissions receivable (visa, mastercard) and freight charges.

Finally, to have your order,  you will have to wait to be informed that your order has been sent (except "store pick up") with all the information needed about the parcel and shipment. In the case of bank transfers, the payment is always "frozen, but not available"  until 12 hours have gone by. From that moment, the status of your order will be "ACCEPTED PAYMENT", afterwards it will be replaced by "in transit" or "cancelled" if there has been any problem.
